About More Dash Agency

More Dash is an accelerator for fashion brands, started as sales and PR company founded by Daria Shapovalova and Natalia Modenova. Daria and Natalia work in the fashion industry for more than 12 years. Daria Shapovalova, Forbes 30 Under 30, started her career in media with her TV-show “Fashion week with Daria Shapovalova” and co-founded Mercedes-Benz Kiev Fashion Days. Both projects helped to put Ukraine on the world’s fashion map. Natalia Modenova also started her career as a journalist then to became a COO of Mercedes-Benz Kiev Fashion Days. MBKFD was the breakthrough project in Eastern Europe that influenced the development of the fashion industry in the entire region. It lasted from 2011 to 2018.

In 2014 More Dash Agency was founded with a mission to establish distribution for Ukrainian and Eastern-European designers worldwide. In 2017, More Dash was relaunched as a platform for international contemporary designers with the goal to establish sales and distribution worldwide. Natalia and Daria are currently working on expanding More Dash.  More Dash works with established international retailers from more than 25 countries.

During its history, More Dash discovered and accelerated the growth of the edgiest contemporary brands such as Anouki, Anna October, Materiel and many others by opening international markets for them, introducing to the leading buyers, enhancing their marketing and establishing these brands internationally.

More Dash offers a fully integrated consultancy service taking a 360-degree approach towards brand development. Mentorship; wholesale/distribution strategy; appointing international sales agents; retail development; range planning, merchandising; creative direction; PR strategy; collection and product development; collaborations; licensing agreements; brand identity and positioning; sales strategy and customized action plan; marketing and branding; production plan.

Beginning of the History

From the very beginning, we put a lot of efforts into the development of the fashion industry in Eastern Europe. In January 2014, Ukraine became a Guest Nation country at Pitti Uomo, Anna October and Julie Paskal were shortlisted in the top-20 of the first LVMH Young Fashion Designer Prize, Yulia Yefimtchuk+ was named the winner of the special Opening Ceremony honour award at Hyeres Festival  2014. More Dash team was behind Kiev Fashion Days showcase at Fashion Scout London and Paris, with 4 seasons of shows at London Fashion Week.  In 2015 Anton Belinskiy was the semifinalist of LVMH Prize and Anna K showed her FW15 Little Match Girl Collection at London Fashion WeekMore Dash continues to promote their new generation of contemporary designers to international buyers and press.
