Throughout her career, Nora has met and worked with several c level executives, presidents and CEOS providing international development strategies. She rapidly saw a gap in CSR strategies and decided to research the subject. In 2008, who cares!? was born with the objective to create and promote a new leadership role within the corporate world.

Costanza Lombardi is the junior Buyer RTW at Browns.  Browns is a fashion boutique based in London, England. In 2015, Browns was acquired by London online fashion company Farfetch to develop and test new retail and omni-channel strategies. She studied Economics before joining Vice Magazine in Milan. She’s obsessed with Lee Radziwill’s style and has adored fashion since she was knee high to a grasshopper. She loves to travelling, yoga, contemporary art and onle wears gold jewellery. Oh and she’s a self-confessed sneaker addict owning over 40 pairs!

Sissi Johnson

Professor, Brand Strategist

Sissi Johnson is a MBA Professor and the go-to Brand Strategist at the intersection of Fashion, Technology and Lifestyle. Dubbed “The Face of Fashion Tech” by Buzzfeed and one of the best Instagram to follow by ELLE magazine, she is the host and guest producer of LUISAVIAROMA annual Fashion & Technology Summit. With a strong focus on innovation and identity, Sissi’s expertise regularly takes her to international conferences and schools including DECODED, Oxford, New York University, Marangoni and POLIMODA where she graduated from with a MBA in Fashion Business.

Jean-Baptiste Andreani

The keyword that best defines Jean-Baptiste is “non-conformism”. During his tenure as Academic Director for Raffles Design Institute in Bangkok and Shanghai (Raffles Design Institute is part of Raffles Education Corporation – REC, the largest Private Education Provider in Asia Pacific) he oversaw the development of various undergraduate and professional training programs that have been rolled out in REC’s 33 campuses network.  Since 2017 he works hand in hand with researchers, fashion consultants and institutional partners to build groundbreaking programs that are slated to redefine the way students apprehend New Technology, Sustainability and Gender Fluidity.

Christian Layolle is the European Business Development Director of The Business of Fashion (BoF), the leading resource for the global fashion industry. Having joined in 2013, Christian was one of the first team members at The Business of Fashion who helped pave the way to its global renown today.
